Director of Field Programs
Bryan is a Biologist with SEM and has experience in interdisciplinary environmental science research and project management. Since he joined SEM in November 2011, Bryan’s diverse experience has positioned him as part of a variety of projects; including environmental baseline data gathering and monitoring, water quality assessment, sampling and analysis of freshwater and marine sediment, stream surveys, and environmental site assessments. He has also conducted fisheries population assessments using electro-fishing and sampling for benthic invertebrates. Comfortable in a variety of scientific disciplines, Bryan is proficient at gathering primary and secondary data, carrying out analysis, and preparing technical reports. Bryan is also experienced in waterfowl and seabird banding programs, testing for avian influenza, and has previous experience related to coastal and lacustrine geomorphology.
