Dr. Farrell Cahill, PhD is an established academic and industrial scientist with over 22 years of research experience, 10 years of which has focused on the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Utility industries across Canada. In addition to his industrial and academic research proficiency, Dr. Cahill is also an established Project and Product Manager having developed and implemented meaningful evidence-based employer solutions for over the past 13 years.
Dr. Cahill is a prolific educator and public speaker through which he effectively disseminates complex information to both academic and professional audiences. To date, Dr. Cahill has published over 100 professional and academic works and given over 200 public addresses, some of which include notable speaking engagements at academic and professional conferences. At SEM, Dr. Cahill will be focusing on identifying and incubating research and development opportunities, be a direct support to all our growth and innovation strategies and assisting with business development and client relations.
