Intelligence, talent and amazing work ethic comes in all shapes, sizes and colours, and at SEM we celebrate them all! That's why Pride Month is special to us. Not only for our own 2SLGBTQIA+ employees, family, friends and neighbours, but for all of those who never had the chance to celebrate their true selves out loud and proud.

If you're wondering what you can do as someone who is questioning, a supporter, or an ally, simply educate yourself. It is so easy to find resources these days, so take a moment during June to read up, ask questions, and join the celebration that welcomes everyone.
