It has been an incredible year for #TeamSEM. We have seen huge growth within our company, celebrated successes with our clients, and had a blast during field season. What has truly been remarkable though, is through the hustling we do every day, we have continued to expand our services to meet our clients’ needs in a holistic manner. It’s something we’ve done since the beginning, broadening our talent and scope from Environmental to include Geomatics Services, Project Services and Productions. Now, we are very proud to present SEM Surveys!

SEM Surveys holds a certificate of authorization with the Association of Newfoundland Land Surveyors which allows us to offer legal land surveying in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador from our St. John's Office. This is especially helpful for our commercial clients but extends into residential use as well. We now offer everything from surveys for Private and Crown lands to real property reports, easement surveys, and everything in between.
