Mirelle Caouette Houle is an Aquatics Biologist with SEM based in St. John's, NL. She graduated from the University of Quebec in Rimouski in 2014 with a Biology Degree in Marine Sciences. Mirelle's decade of experience includes working as a Research Assistant, Hatchery Technician, Fishery Observer, Field and Laboratory Biologist, and Laboratory Manager. Originally from Quebec, her passion for the conservation and protection of marine life brought her to Newfoundland and Labrador, where she admittedly fell for the island's charm.
